Faculty Research
Our approach to research in the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation is centered around tissue engineering, biomechanics, and novel stem cell therapy. We offer over 9,000 square feet of research space housing four Ph.D. researchers, and provide trainees with ample opportunity to be involved in translational research. Clinical research is supported by a team of research coordinators, biostatisticians, and database management. Through the advancement of research and learning that translates into superior patient outcomes, we strive to benefit not only patients and families here in Wisconsin, but the greater medical community as well.
