Board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Patrick Touhy is a fellowship-trained, nonoperative pediatric orthopedic specialist dedicated to improving the musculoskeletal health and overall well-being of children. By combining his broad training in general pediatrics with his specialized expertise in orthopedic medicine, Dr. Touhy delivers thoughtful, comprehensive care for children with musculoskeletal concerns - from common injuries to complex disorders.
A graduate of Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, Dr. Touhy completed his pediatric residency at Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC, followed by a two-year academic fellowship in general pediatrics at Brenner - during which he also earned a Master of Science in Translational Health Systems Science from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He then pursued a second fellowship in nonoperative pediatric orthopedics at the University of Wisconsin, receiving advanced training in the diagnosis and management of conditions such as clubfoot, hip dysplasia, scoliosis, and fractures.
Dr. Touhy is honored to be part of the exceptional pediatric orthopedic team at UW. He looks forward to serving the families of this vibrant region and contributing to the continued excellence of pediatric musculoskeletal care.
