Dr. Li earned his doctoral degrees from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, Maryland. He completed residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Johns Hopkins University and Pediatric Orthopaedic fellowship at the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Li specializes in general Pediatric Orthopaedics, including spinal deformities, hip dysplasia, lower limb deformities. His research interests include pediatric spinal deformities, surgical outcomes, and novel technologies which may improve Orthopaedic education or patient care.

Dr. Li strives to improve children's lives by providing the best possible orthopaedic care, and to advance the care of children through innovative research and education.
