Congratulations to Christa Wille, DPT, who received the 2021 New Horizon Award from the American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy. This award recognizes early career accomplishments in clinical practice, research, service, and education.

Christa is currently a PhD student in Dr. Bryan Heiderscheit’s laboratory, focused on musculoskeletal injuries related to human movement, including hamstring strain injuries, and overuse injuries of the lower extremity in runners.
