We would like to welcome Tiffany A. Nickel as the new Communications Specialist for the UW Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation.

A UW alum, Tiffany has spent the past 5+ years at Duke in the Marketing and Communications field. She worked for over two and a half years as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and two and a half years as Program Coordinator for the Department of Anesthesiology.

At UW, she looks forward to working with faculty, staff, and trainess to advance the clinical, research, and teaching missions of the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation and the Department of by maintaining fresh digital content, managing websites and social media platforms, working with Health System marketing teams, creating compelling content and graphics for physicians and residents, and developing and executing both external and internal communication plans).
