Application Process
 

Applications are accepted through the San Francisco Match Program. The applicant must be board eligible or board certified and fully licensed in the state of Wisconsin before the start of the program.

Prior to starting the program, applicants must:

• Have completed an ACGME accredited Orthopedic surgery residency program
• Be board eligible in Orthopedics
• Be fully licensed in the State of Wisconsin
• Be eligible for a J-1 visa (if visa sponsorship is required)
